Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining the little ones with songs, activities and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally & physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful & energized. No more mama guilt! This class is all about self care in a supportive and encouraging environment

Body Back® Transformation is an 8-week result based journey. You will focus on your mind and body improving your overall health and well being. The experience includes high-intensity interval workouts (HIIT) designed to challenge, empower, and recharge you. The program also includes nutrition guidance, supplemental online workouts, accountability, pre and post fitness assessments and support. This journey will reconnect you to your inner strength and encourage you to believe in personal transformation.

Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. This workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness, and yoga to help you regain posture and alignment while strengthening your body from the inside out. Stroller Barre® will help you reconnect with your body, increase flexibility and develop the core strength needed for motherhood.

Body Well

Body Well is about the journey, meeting you where you are & challenging you to grow. This 8-week program includes small group fitness coaching, nutritional guidance, recipes + meal planners, community-based workouts, and weekly challenges to help you manage stress and sleep better. Body Well will focus on improving your physical and mental well-being with a community of mamas to support you every step of the way.

Well, it's ridiculously true and you know this but you're probably not taking it as seriously as you know you should, am I right?⁠⁣ ⁠⁣ Some call it self care, I call it 'charging'. When you go to bed at night you plug your phone to the socket in the wall in the hopes that it will be charged up ready for use the next day. You wouldn't let the battery drain and then expect it to work, that doesn't make sense. Well, it's the same for your body and mind. We need to charge if we expect to be able to think and function properly and here are four super basic ways to get a quick re-charge every day. ⁠⁣ ⁣ FOOD - good, balanced, healthy. Little and often. Six times a day is the gold standard (breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack) if you go more than four hours without food not only are you not getting the fuel your body actually needs to survive, your body goes into starvation mode, starts acting really weird because it thinks its never going to eat again, blood sugars all over the place, storing fat etc, and you're left with brain fog, feeling fatigued, and super irritable.⁣ ⁣ SLEEP - enough for you - average is about 8-10 hours but not everyone needs the same amount of sleep. If you're waking up tired or feeling really tired throughout the day it's not enough and there goes your concentration and ability to tolerate life.⁣ ⁣ EXERCISE - the fun kind (whatever that means to you) because..dopamine. Around 30 minutes per day.⁣ ⁣ WATER - plenty. If we don't hydrate we will literally shrivel and die like a plant. Before it gets to that point however a lot of other horrible things happen but at a minimum, a lack of water can make us feel tired. If you are reading this then you're probably blessed to have water flowing directly into your home. Don't waste the blessing.
